SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco men's soccer program and head coach
Chris Brown officially announced their schedule for the upcoming 2022 season on Monday afternoon.
USF will welcome twelve new student-athletes to the Hilltop this fall as the Dons prepare to climb back atop the West Coast Conference standings: Zane Alafranji (Sacramento, Calif.),
Max Chretien (Christchurch, New Zealand),
Mason Dougherty (Seattle, Wash.),
Matthew Dugan (San Francisco, Calif.),
Andri Freyr Jonasson (Mosfellsbaer, Iceland),
Max Hamelink (Groningen, Netherlands)
TJ Knight (Chandler, Ariz.)
Omar Juarez (Long Beach, Calif.),
Kainoa Likewise (Colorado Springs, Colo.),
Reid Roberts (Fort Collins, Colo.), Olivier Sylvain (Montreal, Quebec) and
Eric Waltz (San Jose, Calif.).
Additionally, USF will return seventeen student-athletes from the 2021 team, including starting goalkeeper
Brandon Keniston, who finished fourth in the WCC in total saves (55) and sixth in save percentage (.714) last fall. Notably, the Dons will also return
Gabriel Bracken Serra and
Nathan Simeon, who each played in 15 of 16 matches in 2021 while also scoring two goals apiece. Alongside this duo,
Kevyn Lo will suit up for the green and gold once more as the senior is coming off of leading the team with 1,359 minutes played last season.

Sam Reynolds and Baggio Husidic and volunteer assistant
Javier Hernandez, enter their second year at the helm of the Dons in 2022. Overall, Reynolds and Hernandez will each enter their fourth season at USF.
In total, USF is set to compete in 19 total matches – 7 conference matches, 12 non-conference matches, 12 home matches, 7 road matches.
