Easley Tabbed WCC Offensive Player of the Week

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The West Coast Conference officially announced on Monday afternoon that Isaiah Easley, a forward for San Francisco, has been named Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 23.

Heating up over the past week, Easley was dominant for San Francisco in both matches this week as the forward score a goal in each game while also adding an assist on Sunday, Sept. 29. First, the Clemson transfer netted his first goal as a Don against San José State on Monday, Sept. 23 as he helped power San Francisco to a 4-0 shutout of the Spartans to close out nonconference action.

Beginning conference play with a bang, Easley followed this performance with another goal in USF's 2-0 win over Pacific on Sunday as he also logged his first assist as a Don against the Tigers. Overall, he tallied five points while also recording five total shots, two of which were on goal.

Notably, Easley now leads the team in shots (20) while also being tied for the team lead in goals (2). Additionally, the Clemson transfer also ranks second with six points on the year as of Sept. 30.

For San Francisco, this award marks the first Player of the Week honor this fall.
