2001 WCC Player of the Week
GENERAL CAPSULE - A relentless worker who has a positive attitude and is exceptionally driven...leads by example...will need to get back in the groove after two yeas of serious injuries...looking forward to her return.
2003 SEASON - Missed the entire season due to injury.
2002 SEASON - Played in five games, all as a starter before suffering season-ending knee injury... took five shots on the season.
2001 SEASON - Played in 20 matches with 17 starts and took 25 shots, third highest for the team... scored game winner and held her own defensively against #20 Pepperdine (11/2); was subsequently named WCC Player of the Week for her efforts... provided assist in win over UC Riverside (9/27)... recorded another assist in loss to Wyoming (11/4).
2000 SEASON - Saw action in 16 matches with six starts as a freshman... recorded 10 shots.
PREP CAREER - Played three years of varsity soccer at Eastlake High School... earned all-conference honors and was a three-time first team All-King Co selection.Other Soccer Experience - Competed in the state finals for Lake Washington and served as team captain and also earned team MVP honors... played on the state O.D.P squad.
PERSONAL - Alana Christina Healy... goal for the season is to be a leader, have fun and to make sure that whoever I am marking will not score... chose USF for the good academic program, and the soccer program... my hobbies include art projects, painting and drawing... favorite sports figure is Lindsey Huff... parents are Dennis Healy and Carone Scott.
