2014 TRACK & FIELD: Competed twice for USF in the 400 meters ... posted a season-best mark of 53.75 seconds to take sixth at the Cal Opener on March 8.

2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete.

2013 TRACK & FIELD: Competed at four events during the outdoor season, running the 800 and 1,500 meters for the Dons ... faced to a season-best time of 1:55.80 in the 800 meters at the Aggie Open on March 9 to finish fourth ... finished the 1,500 meters in a collegiate-best 4:02.04 at the Stanford Opener on March 2, taking 17th place.

2012 CROSS COUNTRY: Redshirt season

2012 TRACK & FIELD: Ran a season best 1:56.39 in the 800m on April 7.

2009-2010 TRACK & FIELD:  At University of Washington... Competed four times indoors, running mid-distances ... best outing was his indoor finale at the UW Final Qualifier, where he clocked a season-best 1:54.04 in the 800-meters to place fourth ... also ran 1:54.94 in the 800 at the Husky Classic ... ran the 800 as well as relay legs on the DMR and the 4x400m at the UW Invitational ... redshirted the outdoor season ...

PREP CAREER: Named All-State and All-County after taking sixth at the overall California state meet in the 800-meters as a senior ... won consecutive Trinity league 1600m titles in 2008 and 2009 and won the 800m title in 2009 ... placed fifth in the 800-meters at the 2009 Arcadia Invite in a personal-best 1:53.52 ... third in the 800m at the Simplot games in Pocatello, Idaho in 2009 ... also ran the 800m at the 2009 Nike Outdoor Nationals in North Carolina, placing 17th ... set the Orange County freshman/sophomore 800-meter record in 2007
