2013 CROSS COUNTRY: Took the title at the West Coast Conference Championships on Nov. 2, turning in a time of 20:55 ... helped the Dons to their fifth-straight WCC team title ... finished seventh at the Notre Dame Invitational clocking in at 17:13.95 to lead USF to a third-place finish ... ran a season-best 6K of 20:11 at the NCAA West Regionals en route to all-region honors and a 21st-place finish ... ran the course at the 2013 NCAA Cross Country National Championships in 21:10.3 to help USF to 18th overall.
