2018 Track & Field: Competed at the NCAA West Regional Preliminary Championships in the 10,000 meters, finishing 13
th with a time of 29:21.28…in his indoor debut he set the school record in the 3,000 meters at the UW Indoor Invitational (Jan. 27), posting a mark of 7:58.82…ranks in the top-five in school history in the 1500 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters…raced to a personal best in his first appearance in the 10,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational (Mar. 30-31) with a time of 29:10.33…finished 2
nd overall in the 1,500 meters at the Rafer Johnson & Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational with a time of 3:44.93, a personal best…posted his personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Cardinal Classic with his time of 13:58.04…competed twice indoors at the UW Invitational (Jan. 26-27) and the Husky Classic (Feb. 9-10).
2017 Cross Country: Raced three times for the Dons, including two postseason races...recorded his season-best 8K time of 24:03.5 at the WCC Championships, finishing 12th to earn All-WCC honorable mention honors...was the second Don to cross the line at the Regionals, where he placed 19th with a time of 29:53.9 to earn USTFCCCA All-West Region honors.
