2010 Cross Country: Ran in six races for USF...was sixth at the Hornet Jamboree 5k race... led the Dons at theStanford Invitational in a personal best 21:53... set a newpersonal record of 21:28 at the Wisconsin Invitational... finished12th at the West Coast Conference Championship in 21:42... namedhonorable mention All-WCC... ran 21:49 at the NCAA WesternRegionals. 

2010 Track & Field: Competed in fourmeets for the Dons… set a personal best of 17:35.60 in the5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… won the 5000m atthe Sac State Open… won the 5000m in 17:59 at the JohnnyMathis Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Finished 115th in 23:10.10at the NCAA Western Region Championships... posted a personal bestof 18:33.39 at the Dellinger Invitational.

Prep Career: Two-time Washington state finalistin cross country... placed sixth at the 2008 4A Washington StateCross Country Championships... finished second in the 3200m andfourth in the 1600m at the 2009 4A Washington State Track &Field championships... owns personal bests of 5:00.98 for 1600m and10:37 for 3200m.
