2010 Cross Country: Set a 8k school recordat the Stanford Invitational after finishing 28th in24:30...replaced his previous school record with a new time of24:17 during his 11th-place finish at the Bronco Invitational...finished second at the West Coast Conference Championship (by amere two seconds) in 25:03... named first-team All-WCC and WCCFreshman of the Year... led USF to a it's best finish ever at theWCC Championship, which was the closest race in conferencehistory... was 80th at the NCAA Western Regionals with a time of31:30... led the Dons in three of the five races he ran... finishedeighth at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 25:11.

Prep Career: Finished fourth at the 2009Division I California State Division I Championships in15:13… ran 15:02 on the Mt. Sac course… 2009-10Anaheim Athlete of the Year… seven-time Orange LeagueChampion in cross country and track… Orange League Athleteof Year... owns prep bests on the track of 4:18.60 and 9:22.90.
