2009 Cross Country: Competed in threemeets and ran a personal best of 25:49 to finish sixth at the DocAdams Invitational.
2009 Track & Field: Finished third inthe open 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational in 1:54.96...wonthe 800m at the SFSU Distance Carnival...ran 4:00.54 for 1500m inhis first year in this event.
2008 Cross Country: In his first evercross country season he set a personal best of 25:50.3 to finish11th at the Doc Adams Invitational.
2008 Track & Field: Finished place 6thin the 800 at the National Athletic Conference Championships...Rana personal best of 1:56.43 in the 800 at the Santa Clara dualmeet.
Prep Career: Personal best of 51 in the400m.
