SAN FRANCISCO – The University of San Francisco men's basketball team looks to put an end to its two-game skid tomorrow night when it hosts Central Arkansas at 7:00 p.m. at War Memorial at the Sobrato Center.

USF (3-3) is coming off its first road trip of the season, where it fell to No. 20 Arizona State 75-57 in Tempe. The Dons shot a season-low 28.6 percent from the field, going 18-for-63 from the floor. From 3-point range the Dons went 11-for-40; the 40 attempts are six shy of a school single-game record set on Nov. 18, 2003 against Idaho State.Â
USF is shooting 39.3 percent from the field through six games, going 145-for-369, and averaging 70.3 points per contest. At home, USF is shooting 41.5 percent from the floor and averaging 73.0 points per game.  The Dons have three players averaging double figures, led by freshman
Souley Boum, who is averaging 15.0 points a game. He's joined by
Jordan Ratinho and
Chase Foster in double figures, averaging 12.0 points per game and 11.8 points per game, respectively.

Central Arkansas (4-4) hails from the Southland Conference. Two of their losses came against then No. 24 Baylor, and No. 18 UCLA. At home, the Bears are 3-0, but on the road they are 1-4. Last time out, UCA lost to Little Rock – Arkansas 71-65.Â

The Bears are led by senior Jordan Howard, the Southland All-Preseason First Team All-Conference honoree, who is averaging 23.1 points per game. The native of Chandler, Ariz., is shooting 45.9 percent from the floor while averaging 33.4 minutes per game. Mathieu Kamba is the only other player who averages double figures.

ABOUT THE DONS
- USF has taken 177 3-point field goal attempts this season, which ranks 137th out of 351 teams in the NCAA and third in the WCC through Dec. 2.The Dons are averaging 29.5 3-point field goal attempts per game.It's very early, but the Dons are on pace to make 257.5 3-point field goals this season, which would be second all-time at USF.
- The Dons play their second Monday night contest this week when they host Central Arkansas. Over the last five years the Dons are 5-6 on Monday night. Earlier in the year, the Dons defeated Saint Francis 75-63. In their last five Monday contests, the Dons are 4-1 and have outscored their opponents by an average score of 71.6 to 60.6.Â
- USF scored a season-low 57 points on Saturday evening.The last time USF was held to less than 60 points was against Feb. 23, 2017 at Loyola Marymount when the Dons lost 53-51 in a very low scoring game.
- USF has outrebounded its opponent in five of six contests this season; Arizona State outrebounded the Dons 46-34.Chase Foster leads the Dons with 37 rebounds this season, he grabbed a season-high 10 rebounds against Arizona State on Saturday.

- The Dons' reserves have scored 219 of the Dons' 422 points (51.8 percent). They are averaging 36.5 points per game. Against No. 20 Arizona State, USF's reserves scored 28 points, outscoring ASU's bench 28-14. Frankie Ferrari and Remu Raitanen did a lot of the heavy lifting for the Dons on Saturday, combining to score 21 points off the bench for USF.
