MBB | Dons Part of Premier Field in MGM Main Event

LAS VEGAS, Nev. –  The 2020 MGM Main Event tournament will feature the University of San Francisco, led by second year head coach Todd Golden, as well as Arkansas, Louisville, and Colorado State. Exclusive presale tickets go on sale to Dons fans tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5th.
 
"We are thrilled to be a part of the 2020 MGM Main Event in Last Vegas this November," said Golden. "This is an event that draws accomplished programs from all conferences throughout the country. The field is particularly strong again this year and we are looking forward to another opportunity to show where our program is early in the non-conference season."
 
First-round games will be played on Friday, Nov. 20 with the consolation and championship games tipping on Sunday, Nov. 22. Pairings and game times will be announced later this summer. The event benefits Coaches vs. Cancer, an initiative spearheaded by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (www.nabc.com) and the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
 
Presale tickets officially go on sale to Dons' fans at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The offer will be valid until August 9 at 11:59 p.m. PT, the offer includes single-day tickets for Friday and Sunday and a two-day package which comes at a discounted price from the combined total. Fans are encouraged to get their tickets early as the event will adhere to the strictest safety guidelines. The arena will be limited to a maximum occupancy of 25 percent.  All public health measures will be utilized for the safety of the teams and spectators.

Rates are available for Park MGM (host resort for USF), Aria, MGM Grand and New York-New York with all four resorts being within a short walking distance to T-Mobile Arena.
