SAN MATEO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference officially announced the WCC Women's Golfer of the Month for February and March on Monday afternoon.

Riana Mission was selected as the recipient of the monthly award for the first time in her career.
Leading the charge for the Dons on the course, Mission has rounded into one of the top freshmen in NCAA women's golf this year as the standout from Las Vegas has impressed in her first season in the green and gold.
Recently, Mission has enjoyed tremendous success as she has currently tallied four straight individual finishes in the top five- fifth overall at the Valley Invitational, third overall at The Gunrock Invitational, third overall at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational and fourth overall at the Fresno State Classic. Notably, Mission helped USF earn their first tournament win as a team under head coach
Sara Doell when the Dons captured the Valley Invitational tournament title by finishing first overall with a three-round total of 31-over-895.
As of Sunday, Apr. 10, Mission has placed in the top ten five times as an individual while competing in only eight tournaments total.
USF is currently competing at the Chambers Bay Invitational at Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Wash. to begin the week.
