CHATTANOOGA, Tenn./ATHENS, Ga. - On the road for the second straight week, the University of San Francisco women's soccer team (1-4-2) heads east to face Chattanooga (6-1) on Thursday night at Finley Stadium followed by a matchup against Georgia at Turner Soccer Complex on Sunday morning.

DONS AT A GLANCE:
- Beginning their stretch of four straight games on the road last week, San Francisco saw freshman Olivia Lukrofka score her first collegiate goal in a 1-1 draw at UC Santa Barbara on Thursday, Sept. 7 before the Dons got in the win column dominant road win at UC Riverside last Sunday. Against the Highlanders, the green and gold exploded for a season-high five goals in route to a 5-2 victory over UCR.
- Notably, sophomore Alex Carpio had an afternoon to remember against UC Riverside as the forward found the back of the net twice in 46 seconds against the Highlanders. Overall, this accomplishment marked her first career brace at the collegiate level.
- Through seven games played, Marissa Vasquez currently sits third in the WCC in shots on goal (13) and fifth in total shots (21) as she continues to attack on the front line for San Francisco.
SCOUTING THE MOCS:
- After dropping their first season game to Vanderbilt, the Mocs have been on a six-game winning streak, tallying 15 goals overall with an average 2.14 goals a game and only allowing seven against along the way.
- Chattanooga has recorded 115 shots so far this season with three offensive players leading the way. Notably, Carolina Richvalsky leads the way as she has tallied 31 shots with five goals and two assists for a total of 12 points over seven games. Senior Birna Johannsdottir follows close behind with three goals in twenty shots while Mckenzie Smith has netted two goals in 22 shots.
- In the nets, Caroline Ekern has started in six games for the Mocs a s she has recorded 21 saves on 66 shots faced. The sophomore goalkeeper recorded a season-high of seven saves against Vanderbilt in her first match of the season on Aug. 17.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS:
- Facing a handful of ranked opponents to start off their season, the Bulldogs hold a 3-1-2 record, with their only loss being to the 2022 NCAA reigning champions UCLA in their first match of the year on Aug. 17.
- As a team, Georgia has a total of eight goals scored with four goals against. Six different players have scored one goal on the season for the Bulldogs with graduate student Hannah White pacing the offense with three goals.
- Starting in goal for the Bulldogs, sophomore Jordan Brown has recorded 18 saves on 46 shots faced so far this season.
SERIES HISTORY
- Thursday's match against Chattanooga will mark the first time these two teams have met in their program's history.
- Sunday's match against Georgia will mark the first time these two teams have met in their program's history.
