McNicholas & McNicholas Named Official Game Sponsor for Battle With Gonzaga

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - The University of San Francisco (USF) Athletics department announced today that McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP will be the official game sponsor for USF men's basketball's upcoming battle vs. Gonzaga on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Chase Center.

McNicholas & McNicholas is a California-based plaintiffs' trial firm that has recovered more than $3 billion on behalf of its clients and represented individuals, families, and first responders for more than three decades. Founded by a family of trial lawyers spanning three generations - John McNicholas and his sons, Patrick and Matthew - the firm advocates for those whose lives have been upended by catastrophic injury, sexual abuse, employment discrimination, civil rights violations, and other serious wrongdoing. The firm has tried hundreds of cases to jury verdict and has built a strong reputation representing first responders, including firefighters, police officers, and public safety professionals in employment, retaliation, and civil rights matters.

With offices in Los Angeles and a statewide presence, McNicholas & McNicholas is known for taking on complex litigation against powerful corporations, government entities, and institutions. The firm's attorneys have secured precedent-setting verdicts in wrongful death, employment, and civil rights cases throughout California and nationwide. All three founding partners are Fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an honor extended to less than one percent of attorneys in each state.

McNicholas & McNicholas is proud to support the University of San Francisco and its athletic programs. The firm's connection to USF began with Patrick McNicholas, who served as Student Body President during the 1981-82 academic year. That commitment continues today through his active support of USF student-athlete NIL opportunities. He was one of the first USF alumni to make a substantial contribution to the Hilltop Club's NIL initiatives, reinforcing the firm's long-standing dedication to leadership, service, and community.
