GENERAL CAPSULE: Will move from third base tosecond base this season...quick on the base paths...great defensiveinfielder. AT USF (2005): As a junior, started 48of the 53 games he played this season...led the team in tripleswith two...successfully stole 11 of 12 bases attempted...hit .333with runners in scoring position and advanced runners at a .490clip...went 2-for-4 with a run scored, two RBI and two stolen basesagainst San Jose State (2/8)...was 2-for-4 with two runs scored,two RBI, and a double at Fresno State (3/12)...had best game whenhe went 3-for-5 with three runs scored, two RBI and a doubleagainst WCC foe Portland (3/18)...ended the season with aseven-game hit streak (5/9-22). AT USF (2004):Started 52 games in his sophomore season...started season hot bygoing 2-for-4 with two runs scored in the first game of the yearversus Sacramento State (2/4)... went 3-for-4 with two RBI and arun scored against Lafayette College (3/17)... turned in monsterday versus UC Davis going 3-for-4 with three RBI and a runscored...went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored at Portland(5/14)... finished forth on the team in runs scored with 33...ledthe team in sacrifice bunts with 9...third on the team in at batswith 213.
