SAN MATEO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco men's basketball team is slated to have six games televised live on the ESPN Networks this season, as announced by the West coast Conference today. The six national broadcasts of USF games are part of the conference's 16 West Coast Conference games scheduled to air on ESPN this season.
The Dons, coming off a 22-12 season in head coach
Todd Golden's first year, will make their ESPN debut on Saturday, January 2 when USF travels to Spokane to take on the top-ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs.
The Worldwide Leader in sports makes the first of three visits to the Hilltop on Thursday, January 7 when USF hosts Pepperdine. USF's home contests on Saturday, January 16 against BYU and Saturday, February 13 against Gonzaga will also appear on ESPN.
The Dons two remaining contests on ESPN will air on Thursday, February 4 when USF travels to Stockton, Calif., to take on Pacific and Thursday, February 25 when USF travels to Moraga, Calif., to take on the Gaels.
