SAN FRANCISCO – When the spring season was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic, longtime baseball head coach Nino Giarratano was two wins shy of earning his 600^th win as a Division I head coach, earlier in that shortened 2020 campaign the longtime skipper notched his 900^th career win at all levels.
 
In this week's edition of Tuesday Testimonials, USF Senior Associate Athletics Director Frank Allocco sits down with Giarratano, the two discuss who taught him his love of the game of baseball, how he transitioned into coaching, his philosophy in player development, and what the many personal accolades throughout his career mean to him.
