SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco baseball team and Head Coach Rob DiToma have officially announced the schedule for the upcoming 2024 season.
 
"It's always an exciting time when we can share our schedule," DiToma said. "It brings a certain energy when you can envision opponents and road trips we will embark on as a team. The 2024 slate is very challenging and filled with a combination of regional and non-regional opponents. It should be a great spring, and we cannot wait to see everyone on February 16 for the season debut."
 
San Francisco's schedule features 56 regular season games, including 32 home contests at Benedetti Diamond, beginning with a four-game series against Fairleigh Dickinson starting on February 16. The non-conference slate continues with another home series against Nevada and a single-game matchup against Seattle U to conclude the month of play.
 
In March, the Dons have multiple games against high-end opponents, including a three-game series against Creighton starting on March 15 at Charles Schwab Field Omaha – the home of the College World Series. The green and gold will also face off against two Power 5 opponents when the Dons travel to take on California on March 19, followed by a three-game home series against Minnesota, kicking off on March 22.
 
After a single non-conference game at San Jose State on March 28, San Francisco begins West Coast Conference play at Benedetti Diamond when it faces off against defending conference champions Santa Clara in a series starting on March 28. The Dons follow with a five-game road trip when the team takes on Sacramento State on April 1, a three-game set at Pepperdine on April 5-7, and finishing at UC Davis on April 9.
 
Returning home for a series against Gonzaga on April 12-14, San Francisco then takes on California for a second time this season on April 16. After a road series at Saint Mary's, the Dons host defending Pac-12 Conference champions Oregon at Benedetti Diamond for a single game on April 22.
 
The green and gold remain in the Bay for another conference series following its matchup against the Ducks when it hosts Pacific on April 26-28.
 
The Dons close out conference play against Portland on May 2-4, San Diego on May 10-12, and conclude at Loyola Marymount on May 16-17.
