Rogers Named to the All-WCC Preseason Team

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – For the first time in his career, TJ Rogers has been named to the 2026 West Coast Conference Preseason Team, announced by the league on Thursday morning.
 
Appearing in 52 games during the 2025 season, Rogers guided San Francisco offensively during the campaign, accumulating a .313 batting average, and led the program in hits with 57 base hits, 15 doubles, and 42 runs scored. Ranking second on the team in multi-hit performances with 15, Rogers was the lone player to record four hits in a game, totaling two, in wins over Nevada and Pepperdine.
 
Guiding the green and gold to its first appearance in the West Coast Conference Tournament since 2022, Rogers went one-for-three with a home run and two RBI in the opening round of the tournament against Saint Mary's in Las Vegas on May 21.
 
The Sparks, Nev., native, in three seasons with the program, has appeared in 99 games, earning the start in 97, accumulated a stellar .304 batting average, 103 hits, 27 doubles, one triple, 11 home runs, 66 RBI, and scored 73 runs.
 
Rogers earned a handful of awards during the season, earning All-WCC Second Team honors and being named to the Brooks Wallace Award Watch List for the second straight year.
