SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- Following another winning season that saw them finish fourth in the West Coast Conference, the USF Dons women's basketball team (19-12) are heading to their third consecutive Women's National Invitational Tournament this week after earning an automatic bid to the 2023 tournament.
Led by three time All-WCC First Team member
Ioanna Krimili and two-time All-WCC Second Team recipient
Kennedy Dickie, the Dons accumulated 19 wins overall on the season including a 10-2 start in non-conference play.Â
USF was able to defeat fellow WNIT opponents Colorado State and San Diego State in the non-conference season, while also finishing 3-2 against WCC foes San Diego and BYU who are heading to the postseason.Â
