IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:
- San Francisco quickly got on the scoreboard to open up the ballgame, with a two-run home run from Michael Campagna in the top of the first to give the Dons an early 2-0 advantage.
- Evening up the contest, singles by Spencer Scott, Jake Holcroft, and Ben Patacsil for the Pilots, and a Don error in the bottom of the first knotted up the contest at two.
- In the bottom of the fifth, Holcroft hit a two-run home run to give the Pilots their first lead of the evening, 4-2.
- Extending the lead in the seventh, Jack Thomson doubled Portland's advantage with a two-run home run to set the score at 6-2.
- San Francisco chipped away at the Portland lead in the eighth inning with a Matty Fung single that brought home Zack Ramppen to make it 6-3.
- However, it was not enough, as the Pilots tacked on another run late to solidify the 7-3 victory.
