2009 SEASON: Played in 22 games and startedseven as a sophomore... led team in overall batting average at .379(11-for-29)... had two doubles, one homerun, three RBI, five runsscored, and four walks... hit first collegiate homerun at NewMexico State (3/21)... first career two-hit game was a two-doubleaffair at Cal State Bakersfield (4/1)... also had two hits at LMU(4/11)... third two-hit game came at then No. 13 Cal Poly (5/2)
2008 SEASON: Played in 12 games as afreshman... earned first collegiate hit and added two RBI versusFairleigh Dickinson (3/22).
2007 SEASON: Redshirt.
PREP CAREER: Played four years of baseball atDeer Valley High School... helped team to a 2006 LeagueChampionship, batting .294 with 12 RBI, 10 walks, and a .433 OBP in25 games... earned Second Team All-League honors... also played twoyears of football.
PERSONAL: Born in September of 1988 in SanFrancisco, CA... son of Kevyn and Cynthia Higgs... goal for theseason to help the team win a conference championship... chose USFbecause of the coaches, the weather, and it's close to home...wouldlike to be Coach Moore for a day to see what really goes on inthere... best advice for youngsters is 'Finish your food'...favorite movie is The Natural... favorite food is a burger, friesand a coke... majoring in Media Studies.
