SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco baseball team (22-26, 13-10) fell to Gonzaga (31-17, 18-5) in a 13-0 seven-inning decision Saturday afternoon at Benedetti Diamond.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

San Francisco recorded two walks throughout the contest as Gonzaga held the green and gold hitless. The Dons failed to advance a runner past second as Myles Kallinger was the lone player to get into scoring position in the seventh inning.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES:

Trevor Harmon and Kallinger each recorded walks, with Harmon reaching in the first inning and Kallinger in the seventh. Jackson Nystrom, the third Don to reach base, was hit by a pitch in the final frame.
Alex Gomez and Gino Rossi impressed in the final two innings, combining for one run allowed on five hits and recording four strikeouts.

UP NEXT:
San Francisco concludes its series against Gonzaga at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, at Benedetti Diamond. The program is set to honor 12 graduating players on Senior Day.
