2010 Cross Country: Ran in two races for theDons.

2010 Track & Field: Competed in threemeets posting seasonal bests of 2:21.32 for 800m and 4:53.04 for1500m… placed second in the 1500m at the Johnny MathisInvitational.

2009 Cross Country: Ran in three races for theDons... finishes 19th with a personal best of 18:33 at the HornetJamboree Invitational.  

2009 Track & Field: Competed in three meetsfor the Dons... posted collegiate bests of 2:23.98 for 800m and5:03.66 for 1500m. 

2008 Cross Country: Redshirt.

Prep Career: Competed one season of crosscountry at Snohomish High School finishing 48th in the 2006Washington 4A Cross Country Championships... finished 6th at the2007 Washington 4A state championships at 800 in 2:16.64... broke a25-year-old high school record at 800... also has prep personalbests of 5:14 for 1600.
