2010 Cross Country: Posted a new personal bestat the Bronco Invitational with a 25:18 and then bested that markat the Doc Adams Invitational with a 24:35 to finish in fourthplace. Also ran at the San Francisco and StanfordInvitationals. 

2010 Track & Field: Set personal bests inboth the 800m (1:56.57) and 1500m (4:00.14).

2009 Cross Country: Set a personal best of25:58 at the Bronco Invitational... finished seventh in 26:00 inthe Doc Adams Invitational.

2009 Track & Field: Competed in three meetsfor the Dons.

2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of26:05 at the Bronco Invitational.

Prep Career: 2007 Channel League Cross CountryChampion in 14:57... member of 2006 Division II California CrossCountry State runner up team... has track prep personal best of1:56.9 (800), 4:15.8 (1600) and 9:38 (3200).
