2010 Cross Country: Competed in five races forthe Dons... began the season with a personal best 25:50 at the SanFrancisco Invitational... led USF with a 20:48 in the four-milecourse at the Hornet Jamboree... set another personal best with a25:29 at the Stanford Invitational... finished the 8k season with afinal personal best 25:03... ran 32:04 at the WesternRegionals. 

2010 Track & Field: Finished sixth atthe San Francisco State Distance in the 10,000m in 32:05.03...placed sixth at the Aggie Open in the 5000m.

2009 Cross Country: Set a personal best of26:01 at the Dellinger Invitational... finished 116th at the NCAAWest Region Championships.

2009 Track & Field: Improved significantlyfrom the 2008 season... posted a 1:06 improvement in the 5000m witha new personal best of 15:13.19... finished 11th in the 10000m atthe Cal Nevada Championships in 32:38.30.

2008 Cross Country: Improved tremendously forthe Dons... was consistently a top seven runner... set a personalbest of 26:21.9 where he finished 25th overall at the San FranciscoInvitational... set a 10K personal best of 32:12 (106th) at theNCAA Regional Championships.

2008 Track & Field: Ran personal bests inthe 1500 (4:14.07), 5000 (16:18.18) and 10,000 (33:17.04)

2007 Cross Country: Set an 8k personal best atthe Sundodger Invitational with a time of 27:11... was the fifthDon at the USF Invite where he placed 35th overall.

Prep Career: Named All-Conference and receivedAcademic All-Conference Honors in high school... was team captainand given the 100 percent award from his coaching staff... personalbests of 15:36 in the 5k and 10:08 in the 3200.

DONS File: Political Science major... parentsare John and Heather Horeled... chose USF because the school had awonderful location and great academics... cis grandfather, J. RonMcLeod, competed in Wimbledon during World War II.
