2010 Cross Country: Finished third at theWest Coast Conference Championship in 25:05, coming in just fourseconds behind the race winner... named All-West Coast Conferencefor the third consecutive season... led USF with a second-placefinish at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 24:53...set a new personal best at the Bronco Invitational in 24:40.1...finished 68th at the Western Regionals in a time of 31:19... ran infive races.
2010 Track & Field: Set four personal bestsin the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10000m during the season....set USFschool records in both the 5000m and 10000m...won the 5000m at theAggie Open...placed 4th in the 5000m in 14:41.20 at the Cal NevadaChampionships...finished 2nd in the 5000m in 14:38.66 at the ChicoTwilight....concluded the season 82nd on the NCAA Western Regionperformance list.
2009 Cross Country: For the second year in arow earned ALL-WCC honors finishing third at the WCC Championshipsin 25:05, the sixth best all-time mark on the WCC Championshipcourse...turned in four top ten performances in the 2009season...finished 83rd at the NCAA Western Regionals...set apersonal best of 24:40.88 finishing 41th at the DellingerInvitational.
2009 Track & Field: Finished fifth in the5000m with a personal best of 14:38.51 at the OregonTwilight....Ran a personal best of 3:59.52 for 1500m at the BrutusHamilton Invitational.
2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of30:20 (38th) at the NCAA West Region Championships - the highestfinish for a Don at the NCAA Regional Championships and the fourthfastest freshmen time in the field... posted the second highestever finish (2nd in 26:01) at the WCC Championships earning him WCCFreshmen of the Year... set a personal best of 25:19 for 25th placeat the Stanford Invitational... placed 8th (25:46.3) at the SanFrancisco Invitational.
Prep Career: Finished 6th at the 2007 DivisionIII California State Cross Country Championships in 15:43 and 7thin 2006...2007 Division III Central Coast Champion...2006 and 2007Peninsula Athletic League champion...has track prep personal bestsof 4:24 (1600) and 9:22 (3200).
