2010 Cross Country: Finished 14th at theWest Coast Conference Championship in 25:46... ran a personal best25:17 at the San Francisco Invitational to finish 12th... led theUSF men's team with a 30:58 and 41st-place finish at the WesternRegionals... ran in five races.  

2010 Track & Field: Competed in three meetsfor the Dons... Set personal bests in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000mduring the season... doubled at the Cal Nevada Championshipsposting personal bests in the 1500 (3:55.51) and 5000m(14:55.77).

2009 Cross Country: Set a personal best of25:58 at the Bronco Invitational.

2009 Track & Field: Ran 4:00.55 to win hisheat at the Johnny Mathis Invitational... posted a personal best of15:33.24 for 5000m at the Woody Wilson Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Set a personal best of26:26 at the Bronco Invitational.

Prep Career: Member of North Bends 4A OregonState Cross Country Championship team... finished fourth overall in16:24... has personal bests of 4:10 (1500) and 9:02.5 (3000).
