**2020 (JUNIOR): Returned to his role as the everyday shortstop, starting all 17 of the Dons' games there ... Named to the Preseason All-West Coast Conference team ... Batted .200 with four multi-hit games and a team-high 13 RBIs ... Second on the team with five stolen bases and eight walks ... Led the Dons on defense with 41 assists ... Had multiple RBIs in four games (USF was 3-1 in those games), including going 2 for 3 with two RBIs and a run scored in the last game of the season, a 12-4 win over Sacramento State (March 10).
2019 (SOPHOMORE): Moved to the everyday shortstop role in his second year, starting all 56 games in the six-hole ... Named all-WCC Honorable Mention after batting .300 with six home runs, 38 RBIs, nine stolen bases and leading USF with 17 doubles, 49 runs scored and 68 total hits on the year ... Was named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District and WCC All-Academic first teams with his cumulative 3.85 GPA in biology ... Started the year with a 12-game hitting streak and hit safely in 25 of his first 27 games, still batting .343 at the end of March ... His batting average never dropped below .300 during the year, posting 15 multi-hit games ... Notched the Dons' first five-hit day in two years (nearly to the day) with a career-high five knocks (5 for 7) at UC Davis (April 22) ... Had the walk-off, game-winning hit versus Saint Mary's in the 12th inning, a double off the right-center field wall to complete the Dons' first sweep over the Gaels in 12 years (April 14) ... Posted a seven-game hitting streak from April 18-27 in which he hit .484 with four multi-hit games, 11 runs scored, six RBIs, two doubles and a home run ... Led the team with 157 assists on defense and helped turn 28 of USF's 44 double plays.
2018 (FRESHMAN): Was the Dons' everyday third baseman as a rookie, making 51 starts at the hot corner while appearing in all 58 games (also made three starts at second base) ... Was fifth on the team with 43 hits and 14 RBIs ... Batted .240 with a .338 on-base percentage, a home run, eight doubles and two stolen bases as a freshman ... Had 11 multi-hit games, including a streak of four straight from April 29-May 5 ... During his season-long hitting streak of five games (which included those four consecutive multi-hit performances), he batted .455 with five RBIs, three runs scored, a home run and a walk ... Went 3 for 5 with three RBIs on April 29 in the Dons' 12-4 win over South Bay rival Santa Clara.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Matt Johnson at Chatfield Senior High School … Earned first team all-conference honors in his senior year … Hit .431 with 25 RBIs and eight home runs … Earned second team all-conference honors in his junior season … Earned all-conference honorable mention honors in his sophomore season … Won the 5A League Championship in 2015 … Played football for three years, earning all-conference honorable mention honors in his junior year.
