2012 TRACK & FIELD: Ran a season best 4:01.68 in the 1500m at Cal All-Comers Meet (2/18) and a season best 15:24.26 in the 5000m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational (3/24).

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a career-high four meets including a personal best 25:34 at the Bronco Invitational.. 52nd at the WCC Finals in 27:03

2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran six times in middle and long distance races… best effort in 5000m came in 15:00.45 at the Chico State Distance Carnival (4/8)… ran a career-best 3:56.48 in the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational (4/2).

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran three time for USF, with a top-five finish coming in the open race at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 25:52. Also ran at the San Francisco State and Doc Adams Invitationals. 

2010 TRACK & FIELD: Redshirt.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in one meet for the Dons, finishing 12th place at the San Francisco Invitational in 25:40 for his first 8k race.

PREP CAREER: Was a member of powerhouse Mead High School cross country team who claimed back to back team titles at the 2007 and 2008 4A Washington State Cross Country Championships... finished 18th at the 2008 Oregon-Washington Border Clash... finished 36th at the Footlocker Western Regional Championships... was the 2008 Most Inspirational Mead track athlete and the 2008 cross country team captain... earned three varsity cross country and three varsity track letters... owns prep bests of 4:26.2 for 1600m and 9:30.32 for 3200m.

PERSONAL: Exercise and Sport Science major... parents are Bernie and Dina Baker.
