2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran three races for theDons… finished 38th at the Bronco Invitational in a personalbest 19:47 (5k).

PREP CAREER: Won state championship in 800m as a junior atthe Hawaii High School Athletic Association State Track and FieldChampionships… finished third at state in the 800m as asenior…was part of the state champion 4X400 relay as asenior… personal bests include: 59.7 (400m), 2:22 (800m),4:56 (1500m) and 19:10 (5k).
