2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran five races for theDons… All-West Coast Conference First Team (6th) in 21:06(6k) at the WCC Championship... recorded personal best of 21:04(6k) at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational... finished 39th at NCAAWest Regionals in 21:18 (6k)... was 117th at NCAA Nationals in21:24 (6k).

2011 TRACK & FIELD: Ran five times in fourdifferent events… opened the season in the 3000m with a10:40.35 at the Cal Opener (3/5)… ran a 11:05.57 in atwo-mile race at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival(3/25)… finished a 1500m in 4:45.22 at the Woody WilsonInvitational (4/16)… clocked a personal best of 17:31.50 for5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Open (4/22).

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in six races forUSF... was sixth at the Hornet Jamboree 5k race... led the Dons atthe Stanford Invitational in a personal best 21:53... set a newpersonal record of 21:28 at the Wisconsin Invitational... finished12th at the West Coast Conference Championship in 21:42... namedhonorable mention All-WCC... ran 21:49 at the NCAA WesternRegionals. 

2010 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in fourmeets for the Dons… set a personal best of 17:35.60 in the5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… won the 5000m atthe Sac State Open… won the 5000m in 17:59 at the JohnnyMathis Invitational.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 115th in23:10.10 at the NCAA Western Region Championships... posted apersonal best of 18:33.39 at the Dellinger Invitational.

PREP CAREER: Two-time Washington statefinalist in cross country... placed sixth at the 2008 4A WashingtonState Cross Country Championships... finished second in the 3200mand fourth in the 1600m at the 2009 4A Washington State Track &Field championships... owns personal bests of 5:00.98 for 1600m and10:37 for 3200m.

PERSONAL: Exercise and Sports Sciencemajor... parents are Tom and Marycarol Trelevan... born in Augustof 1990.
