2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races forthe Dons… finished 18th at the prestigious Toledo BubbleBuster in 13:56 (4k)... repeated on All-West Coast Conference FirstTeam (5th in personal best 20:54)... finished 32nd at NCAA WestRegionals (21:08) and was 87th at NCAA Nationals (21:10).
2011 TRACK & FIELD: Followed up a stellar crosscountry season by qualifying for the NCAA Regionals in the 1500mwhere she ran 4:25.91 to post the 30th best time out of48 athletes in the event… NCAA qualifying time of 4:24.67,also a career-best, came at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational(4/23)… was one of only six freshman that advanced to theNCAA Regionals in the 1500m… ran in 13 races for the Dons inthe middle distance events of the 800m, mile and 1500m and was partof USF’s 4X400 team at the West Coast IndividualChampionships … ran the Dons’ second-fastest 800m ofthe season at the Payton Jordan/Cardinal Qualifier with a 2:10.22(5/1)… won the 800m at the Cal Opener (3/5), Aggie Open(3/12) and Johnny Mathis Invitational (4/2).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished seventh atthe West Coast Conference Championships in a personal best time of21:25... named first-team All-West Coast Conference... was 11th atthe San Francisco Invitational... finished in the top 100 at theprestigious Pre-National Meet... ended the season with a personalbest 21:24 for 62nd at the NCAA Western Regionals... ran in fiveraces for the Dons.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a personal best of17:57.37 to finish 48th at the Dellinger Invitational... finished44th in 23:33 at the WCC Championships.
PREP CAREER: Four-time Washington state crosscountry qualifier... member of 2006 Sqaulicum State cross countrychampionship team... finished eighth in 19:06 at the 2A WashingtonState Cross Country Championships... 2008 2A Washington State Champat 800m... runner-up at 800m in the 2009 2A Washington State TrackChampionships... was a 2009 USATF Junior National finalist at800m... owns prep bests of 58.74 for 400m, 2:11.45 for 800m and4:32.59 for 1500m... earned 2007 Cross Country Academic Teamhonor.
