2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Ran five races for the Dons… finished eighth at the USF Invitational in 24:42... ran 24:31 (23rd) in the Bronco Invitational... placed 22nd at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:22... turned in personal best 10K at NCAA Regionals in 31:57 (121st).
2011 TRACK & FIELD: Set a new school record en route to winnning the 5000m at the Chico State Distance Carnival with a time of 14:27.53 (4/8)… raced in eight meets, including Mt. SAC and Payton Jordan/Cardinal Qualifier… opened season with an 8:26.23 in the 3000m at the Cal Opener (3/5)… turned in a 9:13.95 in the 3000m steeplechase at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (3/25).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Was 15th at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:52... named first-team All-West Coast Conference... finished third at the San Francisco Invitational with a time of 24:55... set a new personal best at the Bronco Invitational in 24:25 for 15th place... finished the Western Regional course in 32:17... ran in five races for the Dons.
2010 TRACK & FIELD: Set three personal bests in the 1500m, 3000m steeplechase, and 5000m during the season... was the top collegiate in the 2000m steeplechase at the Stanford Opener in 5:50.10... was second at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in the 1500m in 3:53.72... was sixth at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 3000m steeplechase... was fifth in the 5000m in 14:48.70 at the Chico Twilight Invitational.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 20th in 26:03 at the WCC Championships... finished fifth with a personal best of 25:19 at the San Francisco Invitational.
2009 TRACK & FIELD: Won the 1500m at the Johnny Mathis Invitational in 3:56.93... ran 9:47.92 for a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase at the Long Beach Invitational... posted a personal best of 15:19.10 for 5000m at the Woody Wilson Invitational.
