2012 TRACK & FIELD: Ran a personal best 14:43.02 in the 5000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (4/6) and a personal best 30:28.54 in the 10000m at the West Coast Invitational (5/12).
2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for the Dons… ran under his previous personal best twice, 24:31 (21st) at the Stanford Invitational and 24:24 (17th) at the Bronco Invitational... placed 18th in the WCC with a 24:59 and 52nd at the NCAA West Regionals with a 30:37 despite running nearly the entire race with only one shoe.
2011 TRACK & FIELD: Came within less than a second of setting a new school record in the 10000m after running 30:34.42 at Mt. SAC… personal best of 14:55.97 in the 5000m came at the Chico State Distance Carnival (4/8).
2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Was ninth at the West Coast Conference Championship in 25:58... named first-team All-West Coast Conference... finished ninth at the San Francisco Invitational in 25:12... set a new personal record of 24:37 at the Bronco Invitational... finished the Western Regional race in 31:47... ran in five races for the Dons.
2010 TRACK & FIELD: Placed second at the San Francisco Distance Carnival in the 10,000m in 30.33.69... finished fourth in the 5,000m at the Aggie Open in 15:21.93.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in two meets for the Dons, finishing 11th in a personal record of 25:36 at the San Francisco Invitational and 108th at the NCAA Western Regional Championships on the Springfield Country Club golf course.
2009 TRACK & FIELD: Placed fifth at the Cal Nevada Championships in the 10,000m in 31:35.00... finished fourth in the 5,000m at the Aggie Open in 15:21.93.
2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Was consistently the Don's number two runner... finished eighth at the Sac State Invitational in 20:29... placed 39th at the WCC Championships in 27:56... ran a personal best of 31:55 (93rd) at the NCAA West Region Championships.
PREP CAREER: Finished eighth at the California Division III State Cross Country Championships in 15:45... 2007 1st Team All North Coast Section Cross Country Team... has personal bests of 4:34 (1600) and 9:32 (3200).
