2017 (SENIOR): Earned Second-Team All-WCC and WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention honors…started and appeared in all 19 games…tallied nine assists, tied atop in the team in that category…tied for second in the WCC in assists with nine…tied for sixth in points in the conference with 15…notched a season-high two assists in consecutive games against Pacific (Nov. 6) and LMU (Nov. 11)…assisted on Sean Bowman’s game-winning goal against Gonzaga…logged 1601 minutes on the season, which was second on the team.

2016 (JUNIOR): Earned Second Team All-WCC recognition after tying for the conference lead with five assists during WCC play... scored one of his two goals on the year during conference action... his eight assists overall led the WCC and were the most for a Don since 1996... netted goals in wins over UC Riverside (Sept. 25) and San Diego (Nov. 6)... dished out a pair of assists on two occasions: versus Air Force (Sept. 18) and Gonzaga (Oct. 16)... assisted on David Garrett's game-winner in the 56th minute to help USF upset then-No. 12 Stanford (Sept. 23)... tied for ninth in the conference with 12 points overall... second on the team with 33 shots on the year and 13 shots on goal... started in 13 of the team's 16 contests... played a season-high 103 minutes in an overtime win over Gonzaga.  

2015 (SOPHOMORE): Named All-WCC Honorable Mention…started in 13 of his 14 appearances…missed three games due to a mid-season injury…scored three goals with two assists…tied for third on the team in goals (3)…tied for the team lead in assists (2)…posted his second career multi-goal game with scores in the 21st and 74th minutes of a 5-1 victory over La Salle (Sept. 6)…also added a goal in the 71st minute and an assist in a 3-0 win over Pacific (Oct. 16)…took 19 shots with 10 shots on goal…played a season-high 86 minutes in his first and last games of the season – a 1-0 loss at No. 23 Penn State (Aug. 28) and a 0-0 draw at San Diego (Nov. 6)…forced to sit out the season finale 2-0 loss to LMU (Nov. 14) due to a red card against San Diego…logged a total of 855 minutes on the pitch.

2014 (FRESHMAN): Came with high expectations and met them in his freshman campaign... battled through injuries and played in and started nine games for the Dons... scored two goals, including the overtime game-winner, against Gonzaga (Oct. 19)... finished with three goals, fourth on the team... took 19 shots with nine on goal.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: Attended Laguna Hills High School...played club soccer with the L.A. Galaxy from 2012-2014...enjoys listening to music, dancing, playing pool and ping pong, and hanging out with friends and teammates.

PERSONAL: Born Dec. 20, 1995 in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina...parents are Claudio and Graciela Lombardi...majoring in International Business...aspires to play soccer professionally after graduating from USF...participated in Futbol 4 Dreams, a group that collected and distributed soccer equipment such as cleats, balls, uniforms, etc. for less fortunate kids around the world.


Starting in 2014, in four seasons with the Dons, Lombardi made 58 appearances, scoring eight goals and tallying 19 assists. In 2014 he was named WCC All-Freshman, and in 2016 and 2017 was named 2nd Team All-WCC.

Following college, Lombardi played in the USL PDL with San Francisco City, making two appearances. He joined 2019 the NPSL Club Orange County FC in 2019, making 12 appearances and scoring one goal. Between February 2020 and early 2022, Lombardi played in Italy with various Serie D sides, including: Fossacesia, Olympia Agnonese and Lanciano. On 27 January 2022, Lombardi returned to the United States to join USL League One side Chattanooga Red Wolves, and later to Tormenta FC ahead of their 2024 season.
