Eric Booker, at 6' 4", played forward for the Dons prior to transferring to the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.  He played for the Rebels from 1982 to 1984 and scored 628 points in 66 games for a career scoring average of 9.5 per game. The Rebels compiled a 57-9 record, won two Big West titles and went to two NCAA Tournaments. Quotable: "He hit the biggest shot of the year in 1983, a half-court shot to beat Fresno State in the Big West tournament. It was one of the biggest shots we ever had." -- Jerry Tarkanian, former UNLV coach.

Booker was selected by the Utah Jazz in the eighth round of the 1984 NBA Draft, 8th Round (16th pick, 178th overall), 1984 All-PCAA Tournament. He then worked as the Director of Player Development at Snoqualmie Casino in the Seattle area. Previously, he was an owner at Global Gaming Advisors and held positions at Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Plaza and Sunset Station (LVReviewJournal).
