Travis Rice played Guard-Forward and was 6'5".  He played at Simi High School and graduated in 1987. He attended the University of Las Vegas-Nevada, and played for them from 1987-1991, although he was redshirted for 1988-1989. He specialized in 3-point shots on Jerry Tarkanian's ULVN team which made it to the 1990 National Championship team. He transferred to USF in 1991.

ULVN Career Highlights:

Rebels' career leader in 3-point percentage (.449).
Shot 48 percent (36-for-75) from 3-point range in the 1989-90 season, helping the Rebels win the national championship.

Shot 46.7 percent (42-for-90) on 3s in 1990-91, when UNLV was 34-1 and reached the Final Four.

Bice is Vice President and General Manager of Circuit Express, an electronics company, in Scottsdale, AZ.
