Biography: Dulay was a three-time letter winner for the Dons women’s volleyball team in the early 1980's.

Life After USF: Dulay is currently working for NERT (Neighborhood Emergency Response Team), on steering committee for developing Resilient Inner Sunest; Hamm Radio Operator. She is also a St. Ignatius Church Wedding Coordinator for the Master of Ceremonies for Sunday Masses.
