Junior forward Chris McDonald says that USF will be stronger than ever this year. "We are more confident because of our talent. Everyone has a passion for the game. My goal this year is for the team to win the National Championship." Sophomore midfielder Aleksander Carendi explained: "One thing we have this year is stability. A lot of inspiration from each other will make this team great. With work and dedication, we can beat Virginia. They're gonna go down!" This game was probably one of the most emotional I've ever seen. There's nothing like leaving a soccer stadium with a pounding headache on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Playing Creighton was like watching a war being fought. You could definitely feel that intensity and tension in every player on the field. This game proved that the men's soccer team has what it takes to make it to the NCAA Finals (TheFoghorn).
