The USF men's squad also placed sixth in a field of eight. Jeff Scharosch, the Dons' top finisher, completed the 8K race in 19th place with a time of 28:23. Tony Folan and Mike Severance finished 15 and 16 spots later, respectively. Other Don finishers included Moises Hernandez at 33:12, Aaron Frank (35:20), and Joe Neilson (36:09) (TheFoghorn).

Joe Neilson attended St. Mary's College High School and graduated from USF in Accounting in 1995. He is now working as the Managing Director at PwC Transaction Services, in Houston, Texas.
