Ted Psaras opened the scoring for the Dons in this half. He dribbled into the right corner of the field and shot a spinning ball past the butterfingered goalie and into the left corner of the goal. Carlos San Martin and Connie Robustoff refused to allow the Alumni to mount any scoring threats in the second half. In the fourth quarter, Salvador Ochoa sewed up the game with a mighty shot from the right of the field which flew into the upper left hand corner of the net (TheFoghorn).
