The athletic department announced early this week that two of its basketball players, Raymond McCoy and Mike Rice, will not be attending the University of San Francisco for the 1980-81 season. It was reported that Mike Rice had been attending classes at Oregon Tech the last three weeks and that Raymond McCoy will probably be transferring to DePaul University.
