Timothy McEnery

  • Class
    1990
  • Honors
    Men's Soccer (1986-1990)
McEnery graduated from USF with a Bachelor's in Politics and earned a Master's in International Law at American University.  He played soccer for the Dons from 1986 to 1990. After USF, he played soccer AS Poissy France from 1989 to 1991. He then interned in Marine Law and Policy with the U.S. Department of State.  Since 2017, he has worked as Director at Marwood Assets Management.

As far as the midfield goes, seniors Don Murphy, Marco Lucchetta, and Steven Torkelsen return, with all three being hard to beat out for starting jobs. Sophomore Tim McEnery looks ready for a significant contribution, as does Ivar Stromsmo, who walked on last year. Freshman sensation Robert Aparicio of San Francisco and Mark Meyer from Fremont will definitely merit playing time. USF Head Coach Stephen Negoesco is the winningest coach in NCAA history. He begins his 26th year at the Hilltop needing only three wins to reach the 400 mark. He has achieved 397 wins with just 61 losses and 41 ties. Only four other coaches have reached the 300 win plateau (TheFoghorn).
