Raymond Driscoll

Raymond Finnbarr Driscoll was born in San Francisco on July 26, 1923. He attended Sacred Heart High School where he excelled in basketball and received the All City Center award in 1941. He attended St. Mary's College in Moraga on a basketball scholarship and was an honor student. He left to join the Naval Air Force during WWII. Upon his return, he attended the University of San Francisco and became a teacher and coach in the SFUSD for twenty five years (SFGate).
 

Ray Driscoll also worked at the forward positions, and was a fine ball-hawk and rebound (TheDon).
