Pat Giusti played basketball for the Dons for one season and graduated from USF with a Bachelor's in Economics in 1988. He now works as a Sales Director in Tech Media at Service Now in Seattle, WA.
Up front, Pat Giusti has provided scoring, but was the principal defender against Nils Madden on his 27 point, 12 rebound night at San Diego (68-56 loss). That got him benched in favor of Peter Reitz for the rematch. Reitz was benched in favor of Ken Ramirez and Giusti, when he allowed the Torero's Scott Thompson eight points in the games opening minutes. Still, Giusti was defending Madden when he scored the game clinching 3-point play in San Diego's 77-74 victory. "We're going to get it down to seven or eight guys and that's all we will play," he said. "We have to establish consistency." "I think a team meeting (just players) would be a good idea so that we can tell each other that we're not really that bad," said Grigsby. "A lot of little things are causing us to lose (TheFoghorn)."
