Those few loyal Don pigskin followers who daily watch the football players go through their paces were rewarded with several changes from the regular routine. First, there is the very startling shakeup at the end position. It seems that Hugh Miles, who ran with Bob Kleckner's second string last season, has become a very definite threat for a first string end job on the J-Varsity. Miles stands six-foot-three and packs 190 pounds on a build that has "end" written all over it. Furthermore, if that isn't enough, he is the fastest end on the squad, and is a good pass catcher. First year Miles didn't play a lick of football at Mission High, and consequently is still a raw product, but since he has all the qualifications for stardom, Dal Marvil should be able to develop him (TheFoghorn).
