"At Logos, we provide funds for curriculum materials and help choose the proper curriculum for students," said Grady. "I oversee assessments, help families create personalized learning, and I meet with my students each week."

Grady, who has three children of her own, has been teaching for 20 years. "I absolutely love my job here," she said. "I'm really blessed to work with students one-on-one and to be able to tailor my lessons to meet their needs. I also enjoy assisting and mentoring parents.
