Christopher De Luca

Christopher M. De Luca was born pon August 7, 1946. He attended St. Jerome's Catholic School and Loyola High School, having won a four year scholarship. He entered USF and at the end of his 2nd year at USF, he suffered a bad fall, forcing him to return home to L.A. for physical therapy. He was able to continue his college education at Long Beach State and graduated with a Teacher's Degree, majoring in English, Chris then pursued a teaching career. Chris got a position as substitute teacher, teaching many subjects in Los Angeles and Inglewood Schools. He also taught night classes, "English as a 2nd Language". Chris often worked in the family jewelry stores, helping in the Accounting Dept (LATimes).
