The game against Menlo College on the Friday before the Alumni game was a poorly played affair by both sides. Mario Sagastume was the lone bright spot for the Dons and played one of his better games. The defense held Menlo to three points while the offense racked up seven tallies.
Last year's leading goal-getters, Hans Friessen, will team with either Ted Psaras or Edgar Sagastume in the center of the field. At the halfback slots. Alex Roboostoff, a former member of the United States Olympic soccer team and second leading scorer on the 1969 side, will team with the iron man of last year's defense, Fernando Rosales.
